If you're looking for the perfect balance between work, everyday life, and weekend adventures, this Volkswagen T6-based conversion (also compatible with the T5) is the perfect example of how to maximize every inch. We've created a completely removable module that allows you to transform the van in minutes, offering maximum flexibility of use.
The heart of the conversion is a multifunctional, pull-out unit at the rear, equipped with a convenient extendable table and spacious storage compartments. It can also be integrated with a kitchenette, sink, and dedicated accessories. Positioned along the side of the van, this module offers dual functionality: it can be used as a practical extra single bed (perfect in combination with the pop-top bed) or as a spacious storage bench for all your gear. To complete the project, we installed a Thule bike rack on the internal rail directly at the customer's request, allowing for completely safe bike transport.
FRANCESCO FURLANI'S APE VAN:
ON THE ROAD TO THE NORTH CAPE
After conquering the roads of Italy, Francesco Furlani's legendary Ape Piaggio TM 703 is ready to set off on its greatest adventure yet: reaching the North Cape.
To transform it into a true three-wheeled home capable of tackling the challenges of the Arctic, a monocoque cell 3D-printed from recycled plastic by the guys at The Cab was installed on the structure.
To negotiate mountain passes with confidence, the engine was upgraded with a Polini cylinder and piston, bringing the cruising speed to 50 km/h at full load.
Inside, every inch is optimized for autonomy: a Zeliox Neo electrical system powered by 200 W solar panels and a 230 V socket, a Dometic two-way induction cooker (1000 W and 1300 W) with a concealed sink, and a sleeping area with windows and a Lippert box spring bed. Finally, for climate comfort and ventilation at any latitude, the cabin is equipped with Eberspächer heating, a Fiamma Turbovent skylight to circulate air and provide light from above, and an outdoor shower with a hot water boiler.

ADAPTATION OF A TOURER VAN BY ELIMINATING BARRIERS
True independence on wheels comes from listening. When a customer asked us to adapt their Van Tourer to make it wheelchair accessible, we took on the challenge with the goal of eliminating every obstacle, combining ingenuity and technology to ensure maximum comfort.
For this project, we raised the floor to eliminate unevenness, creating two practical retractable hatches ideal for easy storage. This modification also allowed us to design a remarkably generously sized shower tray, designed to comfortably accommodate a wheelchair. Managing the sleeping area has become incredibly simple thanks to an automated "up-and-down" bed, which lowers with a click for easy and safe transfers, while new custom wall cabinets ensure clothing and accessories are always within reach. Finally, to ensure maximum independence, we installed the innovative Clesana C1 electric toilet. This revolutionary system uses medical-grade heat-sealing technology to enclose waste in airtight bags after each use, ensuring absolute hygiene, odor-free operation, and zero contact with waste. Because it operates completely without water or harmful chemicals, the Clesana C1 not only protects the environment but also eliminates the need for traditional wastewater disposal stations, doubling your independence on long journeys and dramatically simplifying your daily routine.
CUSTOM SETUP - CRESCI MOTORCYCLE TROLLEY
We created a custom motorcycle trailer, designed to carry two dirt bikes and transformed it into a fully-fledged operational base camp.
Beyond its transport function, the trailer has been equipped to offer comfort and convenience during breaks between races. It features a retractable awning to create a covered space, while inside it features a Webasto heating system, ideal for warming up even in the coldest seasons.
The setup also includes a 50-liter compressor and a toolbox, designed for quick repairs and adjustments directly on the track.
The entire setup is powered by the Bluetti Apex 300 power station, a compact, high-performance energy solution designed to ensure reliability, rapid charging, and continuous power for all equipment even when away from traditional power sources.
The result is a versatile and efficient trailer, combining transport and technical support in a single solution, designed for those who live the track without compromise.
VOLKSWAGEN T6 CARAVELLE EQUIPMENT
A custom-built Volkswagen T6 Caravelle van, designed to combine functionality, comfort, and versatility on the road.
The project revolves around a custom multifunctional unit that integrates a Vitrifrigo 45-liter refrigerator and a kitchenette complete with a two-burner induction hob, sink, pull-out cutting board, and shower, ensuring autonomy and practicality in any situation.
Space is optimized thanks to two large storage drawers, ideal for organizing clothing and camping gear.
The entire system is powered by the Eberspächer Zeliox 4000 power station, which ensures reliable power even during extended off-grid stops.
A modular bed system completes the setup: by folding down the rear seats, the bed opens above them and can be used as a single or queen-size bed, leaving space for transporting sports equipment.
The result is a compact, functional van ready to adapt to any type of adventure.
CUSTOM EQUIPMENT FOR VOLKSWAGEN CADDY
We've created a custom-designed vanity unit for the Volkswagen Caddy, designed to optimize interior space and ensure maximum functionality while traveling.
The unit consists of a storage unit with a pull-out drawer, internally divided into three modular compartments thanks to two removable partitions. This system allows for quick adaptation of the space based on the size of the equipment being transported.
The unit measures 1270 × 420 × 650 mm and features a 60 cm side extension, designed to create a third bed for a child or, if the reclining seats allow, a comfortable queen-size bed for an adult.
A compact, versatile solution, ideal for transforming the Volkswagen Caddy into an even more practical and functional vehicle.

MERCEDES SPRINTER 4X4 OFFICE EQUIPMENT
Our camper van setup based on a Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 chassis is a true masterpiece of design and functionality. Crafted with high-quality materials, such as Fenix veneer for the laminate finish and Corian for the kitchen countertop and table, this camper is elegant and durable.
The side skirts, handcrafted from chequered aluminum and then painted in our workshop, give this Sprinter a distinctive, aggressive look. Every detail is meticulously crafted to ensure a comfortable and classy travel experience.
The interior is spacious and well-organized, with ample storage space and smart solutions to optimize every available inch. The bed is comfortable and inviting, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories needed to prepare delicious meals on the go.
VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER T5 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
The guys installed a Reimo pop-up roof, painted yellow by our body shop. They also installed a Reimo-approved fold-down bench seat, providing a second bed ready for use. A custom-built storage drawer was built under the bench seat to take up minimal space while still accommodating as many items as possible.
The guys created a storage unit behind the driver's side, complete with a wardrobe for storing clothes and gear, and a kitchen equipped with a chest refrigerator, sink, and a convenient portable induction hob.
The van was equipped with a 200Ah lithium battery with an inverter and battery charger, giving the van the necessary independence even during free-range sessions.
MERCEDES SPRINTER 4X4 EQUIPMENT WITH DIBOND FURNITURE
The team installed a sliding bench seat with storage and a false ceiling to free up space inside the vehicle. The truck in question was transformed into a special living space with four seats and two beds. It was insulated, its walls were completely lined, windows were created, and a Victron Energy lithium electrical system was installed. Finally, 220V USB sockets were installed in both the front and rear, along with a very large fold-away bed and the unique feature of this setup: furniture made of ultra-light, thin, and highly durable Dibond material.

RENEGADE MASTER GAS FREE EQUIPMENT
The project was born from the client's request to be completely gas-free while maintaining all the comforts of a camper.
It features a kitchenette with an induction hob, a living/sleeping area with benches arranged in a horseshoe shape, housing all the utilities, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER T6 EQUIPMENT
Customized setup, at the customer's request, on a Volkswagen Transporter T6 with a Reimo pop-up roof and front and rear VB-AirSuspension suspension. Designed for a very sporty biker, the setup was designed to be removable, allowing the customer to use the vehicle as an everyday vehicle.
The setup features a pull-out drawer, a sink and a stovetop, powered by an additional 100Ah battery, swivel seats, and a removable table inside. The tires are fitted with oversized rims.

SKY UP POP-UP ROOF INSTALLATION WITH INTEGRATED PANORAMIC SKYLIGHT
We installed a Skyup pop-top roof on this 6-meter vanlight.
The two-tone black and white pop-top roof matches the vehicle's design, but features a more important feature: the customer will not have to give up the splendid panoramic skylight already present on the vehicle.
The Skyup pop-top roof for this model already comes with a hole for the skylight. Furthermore, thanks to our interior design work, we created overhead lockers for storage in the rear of the van, giving customers even more space for their free-range travel.

The bench, consisting of three wide and comfortable seats, can be transformed into a spacious double bed measuring 1.90 m long by 1.50 m wide with just a few simple steps. Ideal for use as a vehicle, it can also be used for sleeping or simply for resting.
