We installed the Back Rack system from Dutch Van Parts, integrating a sturdy bike rack and the spacious Cargo Box 700, perfect for stowing bulkier gear on remote expeditions. To complete the configuration and ensure maximum 4x4 functionality, we've added a dedicated loading step, designed to facilitate access to additional roof accessories even on the most rugged terrain. A striking upgrade that combines rugged aesthetics, practicality, and pure adventure attitude.

SINK EXTENSION FOR MALIBU CATHAGO
In vans, bathroom sinks are often too small for comfortable use. That's why we've designed a plug-and-play solution that's easy to install and always ready to use: an extension for Carthago corner sinks, designed to widen them by approximately 15 cm.
The extension makes using the sink much more convenient; once you're finished using it, the water drains directly into the existing pipes and the module can be stored in its dedicated compartment.

PULL-OUT BIKE RACK FOR CARTHAGO MALIBU
For this Malibu Carthago, we created a completely custom-made pull-out bicycle storage drawer. The frame is made of 3 mm iron, machined from a single piece by bending to ensure maximum strength and zero weak points.
The drawer was then galvanized to ensure long-lasting durability and installed in the van's storage area, secured on heavy-duty rails, each with a 100 kg capacity.

WALKABLE ROOF RACK AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE OOF ROAD
On this beautiful Etrusco van with a Ford 4x4 chassis, we created a walkable roof rack, essential for the customer to carry his beloved kayak on every adventure and to secure all his sports equipment on the roof.
But that's not all; given the locations the customer frequents, he needed to be able to safely climb out of any dips he might encounter on the road. Therefore, we created two supports to install recovery plates on the side and installed a bull bar on the front of the vehicle to secure himself in extreme situations.
DESIGN AND COSTRUCTION OF AN ILLUMINATED STEP
Built on a Laika Eco vip, between the bed area and the living area, an extended template with phenolic wood, covered with the same color of the fabric. Installed backlight light that turns on when other lights turn on.
